Another biggie is white bread or any refined carbohydrate for that matter. White bread, white rice, potatoes, these are all converted into sugars in our bodies. These sugars feed bad bacteria called candida. Candida releases toxins into our bloodstreams and upsets our hormonal balance, again leading to breakouts.
Another huge one to avoid is milk and dairy products. Why? Well you know we don't finish growing around our late teens/early twenties, right? Well cows reach full size in a matter of weeks.
